About THE ARTIST
"I am Mim and these are my victims."
The name Mim's Victims was created in 2013, when the artist known as Mim started taking neglected porcelain dolls and turning them into unique gloomy creations; victims of a disturbing world and the people in it. Since 2016 she has been making one of a kind mixed media sculptures also known as art dolls. Her current work can be best described as dark, yet adorable. Sad figures with a look in their eyes that is asking for a friend to comfort them. Happier characters include carved pumpkins, to celebrate the happiest time of the year. Every single doll is unique and handmade from head to toe.
Mim was born and raised in the Netherlands, but is currently based in Sweden, where she sells her work online to customers from all over the world. She also openly shares her process in video form and guides those new to the world of sculpting and doll making.
If you would like to support Mim's Victims in ways other than buying a piece of art, consider buying donating any amount through the Paypal, which can be found at the bottom of every page.
