The head, hands and feet are made of white clay and, painted with acrylic paint. Hands and feet are sprayed with a matte varnish for extra protection. But be aware that paint could scratch of if it comes in contact with a sharp object or rough surface.
The onesie can come off in case it needs to be cleaned (please note that my dolls are not meant to have multiple outfits as the fingers are at risk of breaking). It closes in the front with velcro, the buttons are just for decoration. If washed, the bow tie may get damaged, so wash the rest by hand only if absolutely necessary.
